Cancellation Policy
Honoring Your Time & Mine
At Sacred Strands, every appointment is a custom, energetically prepared experience reserved exclusively for you. Your time in the chair is intentionally blocked to ensure the highest level of care, precision, and luxury service.
To protect this sacred time for all clients, the following policy is strictly upheld:
✧ 48-Hour Cancellation Window
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
✧ Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show
Appointments canceled on the day of service, missed appointments, or failure to arrive will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
✧ Late Arrival Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the 100% fee will apply.
✧ Card on File Authorization
A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. By booking with Sacred Strands, you authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged in accordance with this policy.
✧ Future Booking
Clients with unpaid fees will be unable to schedule future appointments until the balance is resolved.
